Yeung's Barbeque Spare Ribs

1 slab of baby back ribs (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 bottle of Yeung's Original or Spicy Sauce
Rinse ribs in water and pat dry. In a large pain, use about 1/3 of BBQ
sauce and lightly marinade ribs. Cover and refrigerate until ready to
use. (It tastes best when marinated overnight.) Preheat oven to 280 degrees
F. Place ribs on a 1/2 sheet baking pan. Baste ribs evenly with a heavy
coat of BBQ sauce. Bake in oven for about 2 hours or until the internal
temperature of meat reaches 180 degrees F.
Tips: For a crispier outdoor BBQ taste, let ribs cool, then cut into
individual pieces. Grill pieces in a frying pan over medium heat. Baste
ribs with any remaining sauce for about 1 minute. Enjoy!
