our best selling and favorite fiery foods on our website, many at discounted prices only found on the web.

Our retail stores maintain a festive atmosphere, thanks to friendly and knowledgeable sales people.
We carry a very large assortment of hot sauces as well as BBQ sauce, salsas, snacks, spices and rubs.
We carry products in all heat levels, from mild, to hot, to extremely hot! We even carry extract hot
sauces that are so hot; you will have to sign a waiver prior to purchase.
We invite you to sample just about everything in our store. Our knowledgeable sales associates can
guide you through different flavors and heat levels as well as offer some suggestions. Weather you
try the sauces or just have them describe the sauces, you will be certain to take home a product you
will enjoy!
A Brief History
We are excited to announce that Hot Licks is now entering our 17th year of filling all your
hot sauce needs. Hot Licks began in San Diego, California and quickly grew into three retail
stores in the Southern California area. Each of our three locations feature a large selection
of spicy foods and gift items.
In 1994 the first Hot Licks store opened in Seaport
Village near San Diego's famous Embarcadero, followed
closely by our Long Beach store in Shoreline
Village which began operation in 1995. In 1998 we opened our
third store location. We recently moved that third store to
San Diego's Old Town
State Historic Park.
Hot Licks also hosts an annual Hot Licks Fiery Foods Festival. The festival focuses on local
manufacturers of hot and spicy foods. Live local bands and hot sauce/salsa contests are featured
at this fun and lively event.
